To develop insight and provide concrete ways based on Constant assessment to improve learning and to make the children mentally, physically, emotionally and socially strong to face the complexities of the present world .It also calls for greater rigor and discipline in academic pursuits, autonomy and accountability experimentation and innovation and nurture excellence and modernization of processes at  different levels of  education
